Making sure Highcastle Estates runs smoothly so our landlords and vendors can sleep at night. Usually planning my next trip, trying different coffee beans, or convincing myself this is Manchester United's year

My day to day is servicing our landlords and vendors with market knowledge and a high level of customer service. If I'm not working, I'm either watching Liverpool FC or researching the next holiday where I can swim with dolphins or stargaze.

My goal is to provide a professional but friendly service to tenants, as I love working with people. If you can’t find me in the office, you will probably find me travelling, discovering new places or trying new food.

I’m here to make sure buyers and sellers walk away happy after a smooth transaction. I love my cars, mainly the sound of the V12 Engine and I also support Liverpool.

They call me the woodpecker as I’m consistently persistent. The standard is to be the best person to help people achieve their dream move. It’s all about quality time with family and friends, trying to stay fit and healthy with exercise and cooking. A Big Manchester United fan!

My job is to provide support to the whole office, making sure nothing gets missed! When off duty, I’m looking for the best deals and new places to explore.

I enjoy being a friendly first point of contact and supporting tenants with their referencing and move-ins. I love getting lost in a good book and am always on the lookout for my next great read.

Keeping landlords and tenants smiling, one well-loved property at a time. I take care of properties like they are our own. I swap my laptop and desk off the clock for a motorbike and my steel projects.

I am always unblocking sinks and tightening screws. I love cycling, swimming and occasionally holidaying in Zanzibar.

I'm often the first voice you hear, and always happy to assist with your queries. When I'm off duty, I love spending time with my family and cheering on Liverpool FC.
